What to do If ICE Comes Knocking / Qué hacer si agentes de ICE tocan su puerta

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) activity is on the rise, but all people living in the U.S. are still protected by the same constitutional rights — no matter their immigration status. Undocumented individuals may be detained if approached by ICE. However, knowing how to act and respond if approached on the street, at home, at work or while in police custody may stop someone from being deported and increase the odds they will eventually be released.
